These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Designmode24 and its Text to Meme Generator and Video Meme Generator tools, available at mememode.io. By using MemeMode, you agree to these Terms.

Using MemeMode

You must be at least 13 years old to use MemeMode. You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, and share using our tools, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MemeMode to generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or likeness rights.

Your Content

You retain ownership of memes you create with MemeMode. By uploading text or video, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to generate your requested output.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

We aim to keep MemeMode available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Disclaimer

MemeMode is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for how generated content is used after export.
